Mountain Mama was a member of The Old CU and also the Purely Symbiotic fan server. She was friends with Mac. Amy and Drac launched a series of complaints towards her via the server's #5 ticket channel in what is dubbed "The Mountain Mama Drama".

The incident is notable in terms of how much small complaints were pulled out randomly resulting in only 1 warning towards Mountain Mama. It's criticized for having taken way longer than it needed too, as in 2 weeks for a single warning. This incident, alongside others in 2023 were ultimately determinants in the inevitable fall of The Old CU.
