Ex: Angels are Creation A. Some angels reconciled, others unreconciled and become demons. God wants to reconcile all so He creates Creation B, human. Demons haunt Creation B and eventually all Demons get reconciled and some humans. God wants to reconcile all so He creates Creation C, D,E etc. This cycle of Universal Reconciliation, Infernalism continues forever due to the Annihilation of Death. The unsaved humans become the human demons for the next wave of creation, that's their hell. The angel demons here right now are in hell. Hell will always have someone in it, yet Universal Reconciliation will also always be taking place. God is an eternal creator, therefore God creates eternally.
